The Division of Student Support envisions a behavioral health system in which every student has timely access to high-quality mental health services, every family is supported in navigating care, and every school has access to trusted clinical partners that strengthen¿rather than replace¿the exceptional work of BPS counselors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and student support teams. BPS anticipates a minimum of 500 student (ages 6-18) referrals annually under this model. The selected vendor must demonstrate the capacity, infrastructure, and staffing model necessary to effectively manage this referral volume while ensuring timely access to care and high-quality service delivery.
