The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) is seeking qualified laboratories to provide critical Regional Quality Assurance (QA) Testing across its extensive Area of Responsibility (AOR). This effort will directly support materials and water quality testing for a wide range of civil, military, and Veteran-s Affairs construction sites.
