This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, will be used. A contractor may be eliminated from consideration without further exchanges if technical and/or pricing proposals are not among those Offerors considered most advantageous to the Government.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for total small businesses associated with NAICS 334519, size standard 500 employees .

This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract to a single offeror determined to be responsive and responsible. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://sam.gov. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the date of posting. It is the Offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract will be awarded to the Offeror that represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and meets technical requirements.
