This combined synopsis/solicitation is full and open/unrestricted for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26225Q1051The Department of Veterans Affairs Cooperative Studies Program has a requirement for Bottle Tablet Counter Equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center located in 2401 Centre Avenue, SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. Shipping term is FOB Destination; all shipping cost must be included in the unit cost.NOTE: Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal. For those items that are or equal, a description of the salient characteristics is outlined below. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Offeror quotations must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, and functional characteristics included in this solicitation, otherwise, they will be considered non-responsive and not considered for award.No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable.
