Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender is to conduct a border survey of foreign visitors in the form of a questionnaire at the largest border points and border crossing points in Estonia during a 12-month period (presumably from the summer of 2026 to the summer of 2027), with the aim of obtaining information on the profile of foreign visitors and indicators characterizing visitors and trips (including total expenses and by expense category, purpose of travel, places visited, type of accommodation, travel arrangements, travel group, trip duration, travel activities, travel motivation, previous trips to Estonia, sources of information, satisfaction with the trip, recommending Estonia as a destination, etc.). The study is jointly ordered by the Enterprise and Innovation Foundation (hereafter also EIS) and the Tallinn Strategy Center (hereafter referred to as procurers).
