Booralee Park, Botany Playspace Renewal and FitnessDemolition and disposal of existing playspace on Daniel Street including play equipment, rubber undersurfacing and 3 shade poles. - Retention and restoration of the existing circular concrete scooter track, BBQ and shelter. - Installation of new play equipment, play undersurfacing and ancillary works. - Demolition of the existing small playspace and fencing on Bay Street. - Construction of a fitness station on Bay Street. - Related Certification for all play equipment, etc - Allow for grading, establishment and maintenance to re-establish satisfactory grass cover to all areas of deposited excavated material outside the project main landscaping scope area. - Landscaping and landscape maintenance. Supply and install all planting, seeding and turfing and 6 months planting maintenance. - As built drawings, manuals and warranties for all new equipment and installations - Note: Existing Stormwater Pipe to be protected during construction works. A before and after CCTV inspection and Report to beprovided by the Contractor - Note: Shade structure modifications to be a D&C item. Certification of the modified shade structure system to be provided by Contractor.
