Boonah Sports Complex - Change Facilities
Scenic Rim Regional Council ("Council" or "Principal") is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of upgraded change facilities at Coronation Park, Boonah Sports Complex (the ‘Boonah Sports Complex – Change Facilities Project’). The Project forms part of Council’s ongoing investment in community sporting infrastructure to improve accessibility, functionality, and amenity for users of Council-owned recreational facilities. The works are intended to deliver durable, low-maintenance facilities that support year round sporting and community use.This is a construct only contract. Council has prepared documentation including architectural, civil, structural and services information to define the scope of works. Tenderers are required to construct the Works in accordance with the tender documentation and applicable standards.Refer to Part C – Specifications for a detailed description of the scope of works, site constraints, mandatory requirements, and technical standards applicable to the Project.
