The u.s. Bureau of reclamation (usbr), pacific northwest regional office is conducting market research in accordance with federal acquisition regulation (far) part 10 to identify potential firms licensed in the state of idaho who are architecture-engineer(ae) contractors. The government is contemplating an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract vehicle for this requirement. No solicitation is currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on federal business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
Project description
the bureau of reclamation (reclamation) has initiated a feasibility study to explore potential increased surface water storage opportunities behind anderson ranch dam, which is within the boise river system in southwestern idaho. Additional storage would enhance long-term water supply for irrigation, domestic, industrial, and municipal needs while continuing to meet endangered species, power generation, and flood risk protection needs. Reclamation is seeking qualified and experienced contractors capable and experienced in performing a feasibility study analysis and documentation. Example of the work require is listed below:
