Description
The scope of work is to remove the jacketing and insulation from around Boiler 3, clean the vessel surface, and perform NDT/NDE to verify and certify the structural integrity of the boiler vessel. Afterwards, if the structural integrity is satisfactory; the insulation and jacketing is to be replaced and the boiler put back in service with a full combustion check and tuning as well as operational and safety inspections. The Contractor shall provide a proposal for the work split into two portions in accordance with this conditional scenario. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information.
