1. Have had track record or experience in animal quarantine operation
2. Provision of equipment/machineries such as: mini pay loader, truck/truck loader carrier, tractor
3. Provision of daily supply of pineapple pulp and feed concentrates
4. Provision of space for milking parlor
5. Provisioning of Mini Office, kitchen, and dining quarters for quarantine Officers and laborers
6. A minimum quarantine period of 60 days
7. Cow dung effluent depository/collection area
8. Fully secured fencing/enclosures
9. Good drainage/environmentally accepted waste disposal system.
10. Barn should be at least 200-300 meters distance away from commercial/residential areas.
