The scope of work includes in particular: 1. Preparatory and demolition works: Dismantling and removal of existing toys, small architecture and their foundations. Demolition of a mini concrete castle and rubber/overgrowth substrates. Stump grubbing i roots from cut down trees. Disposal of waste and debris resulting from demolition works.2. Earthworks and surface works: Correcting and profiling the area for a new surface. Construction of the foundation and concrete edges protected by the surface polyurethanes. Construction of a poured, two-layer, safe EPDM synthetic surface (water permeable) with an area of approximately 209.5 m (for a free fall height HIC up to 2.0 m).3.
