BME X 2026-06 Hearing - Concession contract Micromobility Bergen municipality 2026
Consultation - Document package for assessment Bergen municipality at the Urban Environment Agency (hereafter "Client") invites to a competition for the conclusion of a concession contract for the rental of small electric vehicles (electric bicycles and electric scooters) on public land in Bergen municipality. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the license contract regulations. Attached you will find the document package which forms the basis for assessment and input, including the competition rules, draft service concession contract with annexes. The Norwegian Environment Agency plans to publish as soon as possible after the end of September/October 2026 (currently estimated at 5 October). (disregard the date given in Artifik) We ask for written input no later than 29 September 2026 at 0900, and preferably earlier if possible.
