The subject of the order is the installation service of the BMS system, i.e. the integrated building management system of the Warsaw Praga Museum, i.e. the control, security and control system for individual devices included in the building automation system, along with services repair of breakdowns and defects, including replacement of parts. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will perform service inspections in accordance with the Schedule constituting Annex No. 3 to the Agreement and perform repair services up to the amount of the budget for this element of the order (which will be disclosed after opening the offers) on the terms set out in Annex No. 5 to the Agreement.
