The City of Boston (The City), acting through the Mayors Office of Black Male Advancement (The Office), requests proposals from a qualified research team, consultant, or team of consultants and researchers to provide technical and administrative support for the development of an equity study or studies with a focus on Black men and boys for the City of Boston. This RFP addresses Phase II only. In Phase II, the selected team will conduct a comprehensive citywide asset map and program inventory related to services and initiatives for which Black male residents in Boston are eligible. This assessment will identify and evaluate existing programs to determine whether Black males are actually benefiting from these programs, identify gaps in services, and provide recommendations to remedy any disparities.
