Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of an Engineer to provide Engineering services and act as a Prime Consultant for project 240444-280162 - Blue Jay Creek - Walleye Rearing Building located at Hwy 542 & Hutchison Rd, Sandfield, ON. The project involves constructing a 10, 880 SF WalleyeRearing Building at the Sandfield Substation, featuring three recirculating aquaculture systems, quarantine egg incubation rooms, and early/advanced rearing tanks capable of producing over 9.4 tons of biomass annually. The facility will require new 3-phase hydro service, potable water, backup power, monitoring systems, and wastewater management. Site works include modifying an existing pond, effluent treatment, and infrastructure tie-ins. Preliminary Drawings have been provided by the MNR, please see attached "Sandfield Walleye RAS - Full Drawing Set - Issued for Review (27 Mar 2025)".ImportantNoteYou must submit a response in the 'Intent to Bid' or 'Intent to not Bid' section by the due date.
