The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) intends to award a sole source contract to Bloomberg Finance L.P., 731 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". The anticipated period of performance is for a base period of one-year with four (4) one-year options. The Contractor shall provide Bloomberg Desktop Terminals, Bloomberg Anywhere licenses, and an associated Bloomberg Data Transfer license for use in FHFA-s in-depth financial analysis of calculating the market value and earnings sensitivity of the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) asset and liability positions.
