Separator of blood components
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a blood component separator for the Apheretic Department of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, including accessories, customs, transport, moving and handling work, commissioning, performing an initial BTK, training the buyer's operator and handing over the documents that relate to the supplied goods, in particular the declaration of conformity and operating instructions in printed and electronic form, including warranty service, safety inspections, professional maintenance and periodic inspections min. 1x every six months and further according to the other conditions of the tender documentation. The contracting authority will conclude a Purchase Agreement for the supply of the device with the selected supplier. The subject of the contract is also the removal and disposal of the existing old device.
