1.1 The unit performs the following functions: - conversion of signals from flame sensors into a discrete output signal; - independent ignition on two channels; - sequential ignition of the first and second channels; - formation of time extracts for closing contacts of output relays, designed to control the ignition of the igniter and the burner; - generation of pulses for controlling ignition coils B115 or similar; - voltage output for controlling ignition transformers OS 33 or similar; - power supply of sensors flame; The block can work with the following types of converters; a) detecting sensors (control electrodes of the KE type); b) converters of the PNP type, frequency sensors of the FDC type; c) other types of converters forming the output signal of constant voltage c in the range from minus 10 to minus 1.5 V. 1.2 Number of input channels, units. 2 1.3 Trigger threshold range - from minus (10 + 0 / -3) to minus (1.5 + 0.4 / -0.2) V. 1.4 Return zone for each channel, V 0.5 +/- 0.2 1.5 Block activation time for to each channel, s, no more than 2 1.6 Output signals: - change in the state of the flame control relay contacts (if there is a flame, the contacts are closed); - changing the state of ignition control relay contacts; - the range of changing the exposure time T1 and T2 for ignition control by on the first and second channels from (0 +2) to (10 +/- 3) s; - the range of changing the total exposure time for controlling the ignition on the second channel when the additional exposure T2d is turned on from (0 +2) to (20 +/- 6) s; - duration of joint work of the TSR (100 +/- 56) p. 1.7 The unit supplies the following voltages for powering flame detectors: - DC voltage (+/- 27 +/- 3) V - for powering frequency sensors of the FDC type, PNP type converters; - AC voltage (160 +/- 20) V, (50 +/- 1) Hz - for power supply of detecting sensors. 1.8 Overall dimensions of the block, mm, no more than 120 x 240 x 285 1.9 Weight of the block, kg, no more than 3.5 Reference ...
