1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Abuyog, Leyte, through the BRGY FUND, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOSO ONLY. (Php200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF CCTV Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
