Description : Project General Description
This project involves the construction of a Multipurpose Building (Katarungan Pambarangay) in Barangay Longanapan, Municipality of Laak, Davao de Oro. The scope of work includes structural excavation and backfilling, reinforced concrete works, reinforcing steel works, formworks and falseworks, masonry works using concrete hollow blocks (CHB), and the installation of rib-type long-span roofing with steel roof framing. The project also covers the provision of all necessary labor, construction materials, equipment, and incidental works required for the complete construction of the facility in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The project aims to provide a permanent and functional venue for Katarungang Pambarangay proceedings, mediation, dispute resolution, and other barangay governance activities, thereby improving the delivery of public services to the community.
