AMENDMENT 2 - Revised solicitation document has been attached with the updated SOW from amendment 1 incorporated along with additions to Section M. Proposal due date has been pushed to 2 JUNE 2026 @5:00pm and RFI answers are expected to be posted on 26 MAY 2026. In accordance with section M.5 "Mandatory Site Visit Requirement" found in the solcitation document, please send a site visit request email to myself at [email protected] by COB 15 MAY for vendors that missed the first site visit. Vendors that attended the first site visit already qualify and do not have to attend the second site visit.
AMENDMENT 1 - Revised statement of work (SOW) has been attached labeled "C116635 Construction SOW 05-04-26 (REVISED 1)"
The purpose of this solicitation is to implement a long-term measure to stop water infiltration to the interior by removing the existing roofing and waterproofing and installing new roofing, and waterproofing on the below grade roof, walls, and foundation with new foundation/subsurface drainage and surface drainage. (see the attached statement of work along with the drawing and spec documents for additional details)
A site visit will be scheduled for 6 May @2:00pm. To be put on the list please email [email protected] with the vendor name and individuals that will be attending (due date is 4 May COB). Request for Information (RFI) is due by COB 8 May, the answers will be posted the following week through an amendment.
