Description : Proposed Scope of Work consists of, but not limited to: concrete demolition, civil site work, prepping, grading, and paving of approximately 235, 000 sq. ft. of earth within the Kalaeloa parking lot. Demolition: Cold plane existing pavement, excavate 3” of base. Preparation: Survey and prepare grade with existing slope to ensure runoff locations as indicated on drawings/specs.Installation: Fill and compact 3” of base coarse, install tack coat, then install a layer of 3” State Hot Mix Asphalt #3 as indicated on drawings and specs.
