This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns for NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Pricing must be valid for 75 calendar days after quote submission.
Construction wage rates are applicable to this project, General Decision Number: NY20260007, Modification Number 2, dated 05/18/2026 for Orange County, New York.
A bid bond is required to be submitted with your quote. Performance and payment bonds are mandatory and must be furnished within 10 calendar days after award.
Performance will occur at the 105th Airlift Wing, Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, NY. The project will begin within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued and shall be completed within 120 calendar days.
A site visit will be offered at 10:00AM EST on Tuesday, 16 June 2026. Please follow the instructions in the attached SF 1442 solicitation document for pre-registering for the site visit.
