bldg 1836 solar shade installation

(i) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (rfq). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on rfq reference number fa4626-18-q-0078.

(iii) this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-99.

(iv) the north american industry classification system (naics) code is 238190 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million.

(v) requirement:

clin 0001: installation of solar shade on malmstrom afb, mt in accordance with attached statement of work.

(vi) paragraph v above lists exact items required under this acquisition. Site visit will be held on or about 28 august 2018 at 2pm local time. Please submit notice to below listed individuals with the intent to attend the site visit

(vii) installation: 30 days after date of contract
