Further to the UK02: Preliminary market engagement notice published 13th August 2025 (ref: 2025/S 000-048481) and the subsequent market engagement session held, BlueLight Commercial will be hosting a second market engagement webinar to provide interested suppliers with an update on the intended procurement to establish a national framework for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) social media screening capabilities for policing. We have now established that this framework will be to establish technology solutions to aid OSINT screening activities only and will not cover any form of screening as a service. This market engagement session will look to provide further detail on some of the unknown areas at the last session held in September. The session will cover: Scope of the framework Structure of the procurement process Gateway requirements Indicative high-level requirements Timeline for the procurement We want to hear from the market during this engagement session and encourage attendees to feedback whilst on the call.
