The sanitary facilities are integrated into lightweight pre-walls. A spacious production kitchen is located on the ground floor and is supplied with nitrogen gas to run a packaging plant. The water treatment includes a counter-osmosis system and a softening system. The domestic hot water wis provided by a contracting center and kept warm by an intelligent circulation system. There are a total of 13 bedpan combinations and a nursing tub on the nursing floors. The dirty water is discharged from the building via a high-lying pipe. To lowerTo drain the choss, a lifting plant is required to pump the waste water over the free surface. The two inner courtyards in the north and south wings have separate drainage systems. The rainwater in the building is routed to the basement and from there to the Versi via overhead pipeserratic. A fountain will also be installed in the courtyard.
