All quotes are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 9 Aug 2026 at 11:59pm [Philippines standard time]. Quotes may not be accepted past the RFQ close date & time specified unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government by the Contracting Officer.
General Requirements. Quotes shall consist of, at a minimum:
1.Completed this Solicitation document with all required information filled. All yellow highlighted ares needs to be completed by quoters. RFQ with required information and applicable representations and certifications.
