BK2 Spinneriet with parking cellar DHP Bygg BK 2 AS and Dhp Parkering AS are wholly owned subsidiaries of Drammen Helsepark AS and, in connection with the project BK2 Spinneriet with parking cellar, are asking for offers for turnkey contracts. The establishment of Bygg Bk2 with associated parking basement carried out as a project where the Total Contractor is responsible for all necessary work. Bygg BK2 and parking basement are organized in two different companies in Drammen Helsepark, DHP Bygg BK2 AS and Dhp Parkering AS. Both companies will be formal Builders and contract partners of the General Contractor. Drammen Helsepark AS has carried out detailed regulation of the area south of Brakerøya train station in collaboration with Helse Sør Øst / Vestre Viken. The detailed plan was adopted in September 2019 and gives Helseparken the opportunity to build 76, 500 m2 BRA above the parking basement.
