The u.s. Army corps of engineers - st. Paul district requires a contractor to place a 4 inch thick bituminous asphalt overlay on an existing gravel service road and parking lot at the orwell dam, fergus falls, mn (otter tail county).
Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to clean, grade, level, and compact gravel surfaces; place prime coat; place bituminous base course; place tack coat; place bituminious wear course; compacting, and cleanup of the site. The areas to be paved total approximately 2, 185 sy.
This project is 100% set-aside for small business, under naics 237310, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25, 000 and $100, 000.
Contract awardee must be able to furnish payment bonds for the full contract amount within 10 days of contract award.
