The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote submission deadline and to provide updated responses to vendor inquiries. Quotes are now due no later than Monday, July 27, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Updated questions and answers will be issued by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0055 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the delivery of services and equipment to National Forest recreation sites within the Bitterroot National Forest that may include as needed services and/or recurring services based on seasonal or emergency needs. Services include pumping out precast concrete vaults toilets.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The small business size standard is $9.0 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
