As part of the statutory Birth Advantage benefit, the contracting authority wishes to offer its eligible members the choice between several gifts upon the birth of one or more children. Only items listed as part of this contract will be considered a birth advantage. Said benefits must be offered and available to members, parents of a new child, by the economic operator via an online platform. It is the aforementioned operator who must ensure the supply, maintenance and management of an online platform that it will host. The economic operator will be solely responsible for the proper functioning of the aforementioned platform. Furthermore, the latter is responsible for the adequate management of stocks and offers, via the platform provided for this purpose, its own articles or those of its subcontractors.
