The settlement Birkeparken, section 6 was built in 1968-70 as apartment buildings in two and three floors. The department is laid out as three L-shaped sticks with green areas and parking in between. Access routes to the apartments are via shared staircases, from where there is also access to basement areas. Towards Birkerød Parkvej there is access via open swallow corridors. All apartments facing the green garden side have access to a small balcony. The development consists of 3 blocks with a number of different apartment types. Block 1 thus mainly consists of smaller apartments with 1-2 rooms, while blocks 2 and 3 have larger apartments with 3 and 4 rooms respectively. There are a total of 183 homes in the 3 apartment blocks. The building is located on the following registers: matr. 128f, 128k, 1hi, 1hh, 1hl (1hm). The task The task includes the renovation of 3 apartment blocks Roof work: The existing roof covering is replaced with new fiber cement corrugated sheets. In this connection, the existing rafter structure will be created, and the roof space and the insulation will be remedied for asbestos. The renovation requires that the building be completely covered and that work is carried out according to the "tent-in-tent" principle. Alongside the new coating, the roof is re-insulated and new gutters are installed.
