Tender Details

Bioharnesses must meet the following minimum requirements:
-c- measure, log, and display real-time all of the following simultaneously: heartrate, respiratory rate, electrocardiogram characteristics (r-r interval specifically), activity via an accelerometer, speed, and distance over extended periods of time (multiple days and/or weeks).
-c- interchangeable with either an adjustable chest strap, compression shirt, or loose fitting shirt.
-c- portable (worn on the chest), low profile (able to fit under ballistic protection or other military equipment such as ballistic vests, rucksacks, assault packs, and weapons without interference or issues to the user), lightweight (less than 0.5 pounds), high resolution (samples greater than 20 times per second) equipment that is compatible with equipment us soldiers wear.
