Biogreen-acquisition and installation of a CO2 supercritical fluid extractors and a CO2 supercritical fluid chromatography
Lot 1: CO2 supercritical fluid extractor (SFE)
Acquisition as part of the PTE BIOGREEN of bench equipment to extract compounds of interest solid materials thanks to supercritical CO2.
This system should make it possible to treat the samples using supercritical CO2, pure or in presence of co-shave (s) in a way modify the properties of the fluid (polarity). The extract must be recovered in a tube or test bottle using of a separator and, as an option, possibly a fraction collector. This extraction should make it possible to obtain samples which can be analyzed later either by supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), object of lot 2, or by any other adequate analytical technique (HPLC-PDA, GC-MS, RMN, FT-IR, ...), or to study the best CO2 Supercritical/Co-Solvant (S) combinations for the specific extraction of a target compound.
The search for research vocation should be equipped with at least two extraction containers with a maximum volume of 50 ml/sample.
Lot 2: Chromatography In CO2 supercritical fluid (SFC)
Acquisition within the framework of the PTE Biogreen of an analytical chain of chromatography in the supercritical phase with co-solvent (s) and with array photodiode detector allowing to analyze between the extracts obtained by SFE (Lot 1).
