The supplier will create an integrated software and data management solution to replace, integrate, and expand on the functionality of VPro, an existing visualBasic programmed ACCESS database tool for managing ecosystem plot and classification management. The system will integrate Vpro functionality with other existing databases for BEC codes, taxonomy, and corporate classification codes as well as R scripted programs and functions for public data access, classification analysis, and climate modelling to create a seamless data system. The system will operate both from a cloud-based on-line application linked to centralized databases and independently on distributed local machine environments.
