Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is maintenance work in green areas and natural monuments, purchase and planting of trees, shrubs and plants as part of the task entitled: Initiatives for biodiversity in the Nowy Tomyl commune. 2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Task No. 1: a) development of green areas at ul. Tysiclecia, Norwida and 3 Stycznia in Nowy Tomyl;b) construction of green roofs at 3 bus stops in Nowy Tomyl (ul. Poznaska, pl. Niepodlegoci, ul. Musiaa);2) Task No. 2: a) execution of treatments maintenance of 187 trees (183 in Feliks Park in Nowy Tomyl and 4 in the green area at Zbszyska Street); b) maintenance of 6 natural monuments (3 in Feliks Park in Nowy Tomyl and 3 in the green area at street Zbszyska).3. The Ordering Party recommends that Contractors, before submitting an offer, undertake a local visit to the site of the works being carried out, after arranging a visit with a representative of the Department of Municipal Affairs, Agriculture and Environmental Protection of the Municipal Office in Nowy Tomyl under telephone number 61 44 26 639 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..4.
