Products or services: Mail delivery or collection services Integra Foundation requires hiring the “Courier Service: Certified letter, simple correspondence and parcels for kindergartens and regional offices belonging to the Foundation. Integra, Biobio region", in accordance with the provisions of these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, and Annexes. This public tender is governed, as pertinent to the legal nature of Integra Foundation as a legal entity under private law, by Law NO19, 886, on Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance; by Law NO19, 880, which establishes Bases of the Administrative Procedures that Govern the Acts of the Bodies of the State Administration; by these Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases and Annexes; by the queries that the bidders eventually make within the framework of the bidding process and the responses provided by the Foundation; for the clarifications to the Bases formulated by Integra and its modifications, if any, as they contribute to determine their scope and meaning.
