Physiological activity/specific toxicity on aquatic organisms in situ General and specific toxicity on in vitro cell panels The MeSeine Innovation program aims to identify and develop new monitoring methods with a view to for lasting incorporation into the measurement network. Effects-based methods, commonly called bioassays, are now recognized as necessary approaches to comprehensively address modern water pollution, characterized by mixtures complexes of generally bioactive substances that historical purification techniques do not allow for specific treatment. The needs will relate to: - Physiological activity/specific toxicity on aquatic organisms in situ; - THE pathophysiological dysfunctions in aquatic organisms ex vivo and in vitro; - General and specific toxicity on in vitro cell panels This lot concerns the measurement of physiological and behavioral parameters on aquatic organisms caged in situ. The preferred models are amphipod invertebrates, the latter being recommended for the determination of biota EQS due to their physiological characteristics and their representativeness with respect to aquatic fauna. European. The measurement of the various parameters must be carried out in accordance with the AFNOR XT-T90-722 standard.
