Description : The Hawaii State Hospital (HSH) is seeking services for the removal of bio-hazardous waste. Contractor must have a facility that has a current Solid Waste Permit Issued by the Hawaii State Department of Health. Contractor shall provide Regulated Medical Waste Disposal services to include pickup, transport, and treatment on Oahu. Biohazardous waste services will be needed at three (3) locations at the HSH facility. A total of six (6) ninety-five (95) gallon containers serviced every Wednesday.
