The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of communication material. Product descriptions are given in Appendix 1. The object of the procurement also includes conducting training on the use of each offered product at the request of the procurer. The training must be conducted in Estonian and its venue is the Tartu University Hospital foundation, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu or the joint-stock company "Põlva Haigla" Uus 2, Põlva, respectively. The procurement is divided into 9 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. Framework agreements are concluded in accordance with Appendix 2 (1 procurer) or under the terms of Annex 3 (2 procurers) for each part with a separate deadline of 31.10.2028.
