4.2. The Towar must be delivered in the original factory packaging, with security used by the manufacturer. The packaging must allow full identification of the goods, e.g. quantity, Type, parameters, expiry date, etc. - without having to violate the packaging.

The Ordering Party does not set requirements as to the type of packaging (returnable or non -returnable) in which the subject of the contract is to be delivered, at the same time informs that in the case of returnable packaging all costs of their useThe contractor bears.

The Contractor will be obliged to attach a quality/approval certificate or other document confirming the possession of the quality assurance system to each delivery.

Documents confirming product compliance with qualitative requirements, such as quality certificates, test reportslaboratory, quality system certificates (e.g. ISO 9001).
