The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Project Title, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.Wicomico County, on behalf of the Department of Recreation, Parks & Tourism is inviting organizations wishing to be considered as operators of the concession stand at Billy Gene Jackson Park in Salisbury, MD to submit an application for the 2026 season. The scope of responsibility will include operation and maintenance of the concession stand and its equipment for certain events held at the park. A more detailed MOU will be provided to organizations invited to submit tenders as a result of this “Request for Proposal” (RFP) process that will include specific duties and responsibilities to operate the stand.
