The Indian Health Service intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to Lack of competition is based on market research identifying only one vendor capable of meeting all minimum requirements, particularly integration with established ScriptPro systems and compliant point-of-dispensing delivery.
