The target procurement of the acquisition is the billing ERP system as a SaaS service and its implementation for the National Institute for Health and Welfare, including: Customer information, invoice reception, billing, invoice delivery, billing monitoring and product management. The introduction of the solution includes: deployment planning, preparation and testing, as well as data migrations and system integrations in the commissioning phase. In addition, the commissioning includes training (or training entities) designed and adapted to the needs of the contracting unit The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, in particular the description and requirements of the acquisition.
