Project Description - The National Lottery Community Fund operates a grant management system built upon Salesforce as the underlying platform technology. The requirement outlined in this tender is for CLOUD BACKUP SERVICES FOR SALESFORCE - specifically, a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution that: 1.) Provides automatic scheduled backups for our Salesforce data and metadata, for our live production environment and our development sandboxes as required. 2.) Stores cloud-based backups off-platform (ie on separate infrastructure to the Salesforce platform itself). 3.) Stores backups on infrastructure hosted within the EEA. 4.) Provides a cloud-based administration dashboard to manage our backups. 5.) Provides unlimited storage and retention for our data. 6.) Supports daily backups as a minimum. 7.) Supports the ability to anonymise personal data within backups after a defined period. 8.) Is a cloud-based, software-as-a-service solution that does not require installation of any additional software on Fund machines. 9.) Works whether Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption is enabled or not. From a service level perspective, we require a solution backed by at least a 99.5% uptime service guarantee. We can support billing on a monthly basis or up-front for 12 month periods. This tender covers procurement for up to 48 months in total but with the ability to cancel our continue our service subscription at 12, 24 or 36 months. We currently have approximately 700 active Salesforce users. When responding to this tender, please provide pricing on a per user / per month basis so that we can assess the impact of increasing our active user count. This contract has an initial duration of 12 months with the option of 3 periods of 12 month extensions. The maximum duration is therefore 4 years/ 48 months.
