Bidovce KR HaZZ KE, construction of a fire station - development of project documentation and ensuring the performance of professional supervision of the designer The subject of the contract is the development of a construction plan with details of the construction project in the scope according to Annex no. 1, including the provision of engineering activities (binding opinions of managers of engineering networks, decisions, statements, consents, assessments or other measures of the authorities concerned and legal entities concerned), negotiation of the construction plan, including obtaining decisions on the construction plan and verification of the construction project, supervision of the designer over the construction of the building (professional authorial supervision) over the implementation of construction works according to the submitted project documentation, by a professionally qualified person according to Act no. 138/1992 Coll. about authorized architects and authorized construction engineers as amended, with a professional focus on the required subject of the work during the entire period of implementation, which will serve as a basis for processing the subject orders.
