The building will consist of a vivarium, laboratory space, offices, and classrooms. The Bioplex will be the final piece to complete Missouri S&T-s master planned arrival court.This is a construction management at risk project. THERE IS NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR. All Contractors on this Project are considered Trade Contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project.
