Tender Details

The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the sidewalk into a pedestrian and bicycle route along ul. Rataja, section from the intersection of ul. Zjednoczenia Narodowy/Sobieszowska to ul. Wita Stwosz, intended, among others, to handle bicycle traffic in Jelenia Grze - design and build order. The material scope of the order includes two stages of the order: 1) Stage I, development of design documentation based on the description of the subject of the order and the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) along with obtaining required by law, all necessary opinions, arrangements, permits and decisions authorizing the implementation of construction works.2) Stage II - execution of construction works, based on the developed design documentation referred to in Stage I. Description of the subject of the order is included in Volume III of the Specification of Procurement Conditions, including the annexes.
