More detailed information and requirements of the purchased works and services are provided in the Technical Specification (Appendix 2 of the tender conditions). The preliminary quantities of purchased construction works are specified in the tender conditions described in Annex 1, they may be reduced or increased during the performance of the contract according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. During the performance of the contract, works together with services may be ordered for a maximum of EUR 450, 000.00 including VAT (or EUR 371, 900.83 without VAT, if the supplier is a non-VAT payer or the services/works are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT), suppliers' offers cannot exceed this amount, exceeding it proposals will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected. The procuring organization has the right not to enter into a contract with the selected winner, and after concluding the contract, it has the right to terminate it, if this procurement object is not allocated financing. This purchase is in installments is not divided, so suppliers must submit an offer for the entire scope of the purchase.
