Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The City of Lake Forest is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced vendors for towing and storage services for bicycles and electric bicycles (\"E-Bikes\") that have been found in violation of the Lake Forest Municipal Code (\"LFMC\") and/or the California Vehicle Code (\"CVC\"). Contractor will be responsible for all phases of call response, towing, storage, and release of electric bicycles. Towing services shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Contractor will collect all fees associated with towing and storage from individuals who have had their electric bicycles towed (\"Customers\"). Contractor shall not assess any fees to City for these services. Services will be provided on an on-call, as-needed basis. As such, the City is not guaranteeing any specific amount of work will necessarily be provided under this Agreement. Documents
